Excluding users from reports

 

I am generating a report based on tasks completed by a team, sometimes there are people from other teams included to the tasks. I want the ability to only report on the selected users. (A Particular Team)

 

Also potentially similar to the list of users, use the user list function to generate reports for example Designers, would generate a report on all under the designer group.

Hi David, thank you for sharing this idea! I noticed that you discussed this functionality with the Support Team too, and I just wanted to make sure I'm correctly understanding the use case:

  • Task A has assignees from your team (Team A), and from another team (Team B).
  • When running a Report which includes Task A, you want the option to see only users from Team A listed (excluding Team B members).
