Customise App "tasks for today" ongoing notification

The app currently just shows "My Work" in the ongoing notifications area.

I'd like it to show the tasks "Assigned to me (today)" as an ongoing notification instead, or as well.

This reminds my staff what they should be working on, not just what they've chosen to work on! At the moment you can only see this by opening the dashboard "Assigned to me" view.

Hi Michael, thank you for sharing your feedback! While ongoing notifications are not customizable at the moment, I wanted to share a suggestion which makes the "Assigned to me" widget easier to access in the mobile app:

  1. Open "Settings" from the Navigation panel.
  2. Scroll down to "Default start screen" and select "Dashboard".
  3. Now this is the default view you see whenever you open the app.

The Dashboard can be customized in the Workspace, so if the first widget is "Assigned to me", this is what is shown right away. Happy to hear your thoughts about this!

Thanks, yes I saw this and have enabled it for myself in the app, and I've also set the Dashboard to have "Assigned to me" as the first widget. This helps a lot, but the customised ongoing notification would still be better I think.

Is there a way to set the dashboard as the default for all users?

Thanks for sharing the idea about customizable ongoing notifications, Michael! As for setting the default view, this is enabled individually for each user (since it's a setting on their device). Let me know if you have any other questions about this! :)
