Hi Rachel Heller, welcome to Wrike Community! At the moment, Custom item types (CIT) are not supported in Analytics Reports. It is a relatively new feature and we are still actively investigating the methods to improve it. If you would be interested in that enhancement, our Community specialists can move your post to the Product Feedback section.
I would also like to mention that information about CITs is available to retrieve using a set of API calls. If you add 'fields=[entityTypeId]' to a GET call to the tasks endpoint, it will return the ID of the CIT. You can then look up what CIT was used for the item with the GET call on /custom_item_types. Let me know if you have any questions😌

Rachel Heller That's a good question. I would love to see more flexibility around CIT reporting in Wrike Analyze.
Hi Zachary Dilworth, thank you for adding your support here.
If I am correct this is now possible, right? Or are we talking about something else here? 🙃
Hi Sammy, are you using the Analytics View? For Wrike Analyze, custom item types will be supported there soon 🥳
