Option to change tasks workflow state disappeared when opened from report

Hello,

we noticed today, that when opening a task from report o dashboard we cannot change status of it workflow. It is not simply there. I have to open it in a new window or from the folder it is located to be able to change its status. And when task is open I newly see space it is located in. It is wierd and adds more clicks to my workflow. 🤔

Does anyone else experience same issue?

What was the resolution for this? I'd also like to change an individual task's workflow from dashboard view.

Hi Micah Hart, thank you for your comment. May I please kindly ask you to elaborate a bit on what are you trying to achieve? It's likely that your case is different from Ivan's.
 
Are you referring to the Board view or to Dashboards? And you would like to change the workflow applied to one task? Here you can find the instructions on how to apply a custom workflow to tasks. And here you can check how to manage workflows in the New Board view.

Hi Juan. Yes, like to change an individual task's workflow from dashboard view, not its workflow status and not from board view. I do not see the option to change the custom workflow applied to an individual task while within a dashboard.

Hi Micah Hart, thank you for your reply. You can right-click on the task and then select the option Mark as > Change Workflow, and then select the relevant status of the corresponding workflow:
