Transfer Outlook appointments to Wrike

For serious use of Wrike, appointments such as meetings would have to be entered there. Only then is the working time utilization diagram correct and coherent. How to easily add entries from Outlook (calendar) to Wrike take over or show them in the utilization diagram, also in terms of time?

E.g. via functions such as the two addins to create or attach a task from Outlook (see attachment).

Is this request identical to "Import Outlook Calendar meetings to Wrike"?

Whereby I don't want to import a (complete) calendar, but individual appointments, then when I enter them in Outlook, transfer them to wrike. Thank you for your efforts and for your feedback
