we are using the tasks for support and we are trying to make the process more strict, so that nobody forgets certain tasks.
We have standard tasks which have to be made everytime a ticket is opened: e.g. document passwords, contact customer, update documentation.
- Is there a way to make e.g. checklists mandatory before closing the task?
- Is there a way, no matter where you create a task, that it is prefilled with custom content? (e.g. 3 checklists with some text)
