Make a Checklist Field required/mandatory before the task can be set to complete
Good Morning,
we are using the tasks for support and we are trying to make the process more strict, so that nobody forgets certain tasks.
We have standard tasks which have to be made everytime a ticket is opened: e.g. document passwords, contact customer, update documentation.
- Is there a way to make e.g. checklists mandatory before closing the task?
- Is there a way, no matter where you create a task, that it is prefilled with custom content? (e.g. 3 checklists with some text)

#1 - I like the idea of the checklist being complete before we can close out a task. Steps are often missed by not requiring this.
#2 - Suggestion: I have found that you can duplicate the custom content you want inside the task if you set it up as a re-occurring task. Hope that helps!

A similar idea has already been suggested here, and I see that you've already supported it, so please do upvote it as well if you haven't yet.
As for your second question, I can also recommend using a recurring task like Samantha Babcock suggested, or creating a task template to use for duplication.
