Social Media Content Calendars (how to / best practices / where to start)
Hey all ~ We currently use AirTable to plan and store social media content, but the rest of our workflows and approvel processes live in Wrike. In an effort to go "all in," I'm wondering what tips you'd all bestow on my team. Do any of your teams use Wrike for drafting, calendaring, and approving social media content? What works, what doesn't, pro tips please!
Great question Ashlee Chaffee! Hope that our marketing professionals here on the Community would be able to advise 🙂 I found an interesting post on Wrike blog here, and here's how Wrike's Marketing Operations team uses Wrike for their day to day, hope this will help you to get started 🙌

Is there an update on this on best practices w/ WRIKE for Social Media Calendars? I looked at that blog post you suggested, but it mostly focuses on Request Forms which I think it's helpful for a lot of projects, but not so relevant in my experience for SM Calendars workflow.

I would also like to suggest taking a look at some of Wrike's pre-built use case templates. For example, there is a Content Calendar Template and a Marketing Calendar Template. Could you let me know if they can be helpful?
Use Case templates are available in the Space creation dialogue. In order to use a template, start creating a Wrike Space how you usually would and you’ll see the option to create this space from a pre-made Wrike Use Case template. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello,
Where exactly can I find the Content Calendar template in Wrike?
Thanks,
Welcome to the Community, Jordan Gruener 👋 Wrike's pre-made use case templates are available in the space creation dialogue. When you start creating a new space using the green plus button in the top right corner, you will see the templates available for your account. Please note that you need to have the right to create spaces in your account to be able to use the templates.
Please let me know if you have any further questions, I'll be happy to help 🙂

Do we happen to know what "level" of permissions someone needs to have in order to use these templates? I haven't used Wrike before and am interested in getting the most out of it with its tool and features. My company is pretty large, so I think permissions are pretty limited overall. Is it as simple as checking a box for that feature? Or all or nothing?

All users with the right to create spaces on all account types can use use-case templates, and the list of use-case templates you see in the space creation wizard depends on your subscription plan.

Hi, I have the same question. I'm not seeing a content calendar in the template section in spaces? All the posts I've seen show event calendars and social media calendars but those don't exist in the templates I'm seeing. Any advice?
Hi Michelle Dobbin, I can see my colleague has reached out to you about this via email 👍
Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with 🙂
