[Open Discussion] How Do You Manage OKRs in Wrike? 🎯
Hi everyone! 👋
It’s almost the middle of Q3 2020, and many teams are actively working on achieving their quarterly OKRs 😲 We’ve had some conversations around this topic on the Community, like here and here.
We also have quarterly OKRs on our team, we find that using projects, subprojects and tasks, tracking the projects’ progress, custom fields for RACI roles, and filling out the descriptions for weekly updates help us manage OKRs effectively.

Curious... how have you set up the Progress bar? IS there a formula within the custom field that is automatically measuring progress?

Thanks, I am aware of the feature and its use for a standard project. But it isn't great for an OKR, in my opinion. I thought maybe there was a variation
