[Important] Community Update: Final Migration to Our New Platform Starts January 20 📌

[Important] This read-only mode and migration only affects the Wrike Community. It does not impact the Wrike Workspace, Wrike Discover, or any other Wrike product or service. All other systems and functionality will remain fully available as usual.

 

Hi everyone! 👋

As many of you know from our recent communications, we’ve been working on a brand-new Community experience, and we’re now entering the final stretch! 🎉

The migration to our new platform will begin on January 20, 2026 with launch coming shortly after - on February 2, 2026

Why This Is Exciting

Our goal is to build a modern Community hub that brings more of what you already love into one place. The new Community will become the go-to destination for:

  • Discussion forums
  • Product feedback & ideas
  • Events & learning opportunities
  • Customer programs
  • And more!

We’re also excited to share that Wrike Stars - our advocacy program - is getting a refreshed look and feel and will launch in parallel with the new Community. 🎉

A First Step - With More to Come

The upcoming release is just our initial take on this new experience. We will continue evolving, refining, and enhancing the Community based on how you use it and what you tell us.

To support that, we’ll open a dedicated feedback thread in the new Community once it’s live - and we’d love for you to share your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions there.

What to Expect During the Migration

To make sure all discussions, posts, and history transfer safely, the current Community will move into read-only mode starting January 20.

During this period:

  • You can still browse and read all Community content
  • We’ll continue posting important updates here
  • You will not be able to post or comment until the new platform launches

This ensures we don’t lose any valuable conversations or contributions during the move.

You'll be able to resume the conversations on February 2.
