[From Wrike] New release: Workflows and Custom item types administration became easier!

My name is Alina, I am a Product Manager working on configuration administration experience.
Today, I am happy to bring you one of our updates that just became available 🙂
For Workflows and Custom item types, spotting redundancies and making decisions on which setups to scale, delegate or sunset became easier! Check out our recent improvements that allow you to:
- Get a bird-eye configuration overview. In a single view, access Workflows and Custom item types across your account and public spaces in a single view with slicing and dicing capabilities from Wrike tables. Easily see where the configuration is coming from
- Simplicity. We bring you consistent and unified experience between those features as well as between their space an account lists
- Activity data points. Easily uncover who created it and when, when it was last edited and by whom to understand the recency of changes and trace back the activity

Usage information: Analyze popularity and overall need with data on how often Workflows and Custom item types are used, who was the last one to do it and when
- Blueprints space admin permission: Ensure that only space admins can manage space blueprints
- Proactive notifications that help detecting and archiving unused spaces

Super excited about this update and already forwarded to my team! Do you have any plans to provide the functionality to convert a Space item to an Account item? Or alternatively, Account to Space level? We have a large team in Wrike and being able to have this full scope view and the ability to update how we set things up would be a game changer!

The short answer is yes, we are looking into this this year 🙂 We are working on something that will allow you to easily distribute configuration between needed teams and their spaces as well as get a clear picture of where things are used. More updates to be posted here and in Community forums' announcements section.

Pietro Poli Hey! Regarding your question on custom fields — although that might come later, yes, we are looking into refreshing the custom fields tables as well!
