Unexpected items in my "Shared with Me" section - Account Admin
I'm an account admin on a Pinnacle account. I have noticed that unexpected folders and items are appearing in my "Shared with Me" section and the creators of those items did not add me to the share list. The one action all have in common is that the items were removed from their original location and they do not have a current parent location. In at least one case, the items weren't intended to be shared and contained sensitive information.
Is this expected behavior? If so, what are the parameters - are such items shared with admins only or with all members of a user group that originally had access?

When we encountered this, the issue was that the unexpected items had been shared with the "My Team" user group which includes every user in the account. Apparently there is an option to have Wrike Support remove that user group, but there are definitely some use cases in which it's useful to have.
