What Resources, Materials, or Info Do You Wish You Had as a New Wrike Admin? 📘🛠️

Выделено

Hello Wrike Admins! 👋

Stepping into the role of a Wrike Administrator can be both exciting and challenging. To enhance the onboarding experience for new Admins or accidental Admins, we’d love to gather insights from this knowledgeable community.

Reflecting on your journey as a Wrike Admin:

•What resources or materials do you wish had been available when you first became an Admin?

•Which areas of the product took the most time to learn or presented the biggest challenges?

Additionally, if you were to onboard a new Admin to share responsibilities:

•What key topics would you prioritize during their training?

•Are there specific features or functionalities you would focus on to ensure they grasp the essentials more quickly?

Your shared experiences can help us identify common challenges and develop resources to streamline the onboarding process for future Admins.

We've only just launched our Agency on Wrike this month, so I'm still learning as well as continuing setup and creating needed documentation.

But off the top of my head my first thought was Editable Document Templates. basically a Document for each feature an Admin Needs to know. But that we then have prompts to fill out the Account specific information.

For example A Document on Users. It could be split up to explain Types, Job Roles, Access Roles, and Groups. Then we could fill in the specifics of how our Account is managed and setup. The same for Space Level. Overall I think something like this would not just be beneficial for Admins but all Users as we could pick and choose which documents to share with which Users.

I wish there was a cheat sheet builder available. Something with all the elements Wrike has to offer with a graphic of what it looks like and a tiny description. Then I could piece together customized training sheets for staff with different roles.  Trying to explain how things work on the backend is exhausting but important to gain buy-in from the team.
