[Status: Launched! 🚀] Please add a description to custom fields to allow for instructional tooltips for users
Problem Statement:
We have custom fields in use, but some are hard to explain to users how to fill them out with just the name/label on the form.
Proposed Solution:
Please add the ability to supply a description for a custom field that can be displayed to the user either A) with a tooltip that appears when a user hovers over the field label, or B) with a small info icon (i) or help icon (?) next to the field label that can be clicked.
Support for rich text in the description would be nice.

Huge fan of this idea - this will also help for auditing purposes when we have a few custom fields that are named similarly!! Upvoted :)
