Enhancing Team Collaboration with Wrike

Avoid scattered communication by using Wrike for all discussions. Task comments, @mentions, and project discussions keep conversations in context and ensure everyone stays aligned.

Hi Fabio Bartolini,

thanks for bringing up this interesting topic!

How do you ensure consistent communication regarding projects? I sometimes struggle with the opportunities. Should a conversation about a project use the comment section of the project folder or of a subtask?

Especially if a project is slowly growing: Quite often a project starts with a simple task, and if I see it is becoming more complex, I create a project where I add this task to. Now the initial conversation is found in a subtask - should I contiune there or move to the project's comment section?

I would like to have conversations within Wrike as if they were thematic channels but independent of projects and tasks.
Obviously I'm talking about when there is a need to communicate on a general level.
A bit like Slack.

Hi Pietro Poli,

ideed we use a seperate chat system besides Wrike (MS Teams). And I prefer to communicate even some topics regarding a specific Wrike tasks there, If I don't want this conversation to be public. I use the Wrike plugin for MS Teams to refer to a specific task in a private chat.

Thanks Florian Kislich, I know that MS Teams is better integrate than Google Chat (software we use). My team doesn't want to use another tool like Slack. =/

Pietro Poli,

Right now, we are using a pretty basic general communication system by having general questions come through the folder at the top of all of our projects.  I'm not sure what all items you wanted to have people communicating about, but this folder has such things as directions, known problems that are in the process of being fixed, general questions, requests for training, Tips & Tricks, etc.

I'd like to be able to have something where you can add, or request the system to automatically add, an indicator that would show that something has recently been added, like "New!" or color change, etc., but I'm not at that point yet.
