I would like to nominate Kathryn Jepsen for her outstanding contributions to our organization. Kathryn wears many hats at HDI, and her work is vital to our success. As the primary designer, she plays a crucial role in bringing our visions to life with her creative expertise. She also works directly with our customers, providing personalized guidance to ensure their custom designs meet their specific needs.

Kathryn consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that customer expectations are met while adhering to tight project deadlines. Her willingness to assist coworkers with questions and provide guidance, all while maintaining a positive attitude, exemplifies her commitment to the team's success.

With twenty years of experience in the industry, Kathryn's depth of knowledge is invaluable, and we are extremely grateful for her hard work and dedication.
