Lock date changes from parent job when adding tasks to multiple projects

To manage project timelines amongst multiple teams that have joint accountability, I'd love to be able to add tasks such as handoff dates from one timeline to another so that if the dates get adjusted it automatically adjusts in both timelines and keeps people in the know. I know this is already a capability, however it would be AMAZING if we could lock the ability to change/delete the task at the parent task to avoid others making changes to the timeline.

While there's no direct feature to lock tasks from being changed or deleted by others, you can use access roles to restrict who can edit tasks. By setting specific permissions, you can ensure that only certain users, such as project managers, have the ability to change or delete tasks.
