Cannot edit a reoccurance

I am an admin in our account, but neither myself nor the individual who created the reoccurance are able to edit and/or delete the reoccrance. We've followed the process found in the Wrike Help Centre https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500005121041-Editing-Task-Recurrence#UUID-04fb2ceb-9c0e-54eb-9add-d3185d2c8a2f

When we click on the three dot menu, edit recurrance is greyed out.

Any ideas or suggestions?

It looks like the task might not be assigned to a parent location, like a folder, project, or space. If that's the case, the option to edit the recurrence won't be available. To fix this, try adding the task to a folder, project, or space, and you should be able to access the option. Please let me know if this resolves your issue!
