Custom view copy-past function

When we create a custom view for one project and need to apply it to other existing project, the only way to do it is to recreate it manually for each project. Its very time consuming, subject to error, and if need to adjust something you can just redo all this manual work. 

The idea would be to be able to copy/past a custom view or to be able to save the view and reload it.  Or maybe something like the custom item type for the view. This way, on change it once and it's apply to all existing views.
