Automation to send e-mail directly from a list of contacts in Wrike
Hi Wrikers🖖,
in our company we're trying to use Wrike not only as a collaborative work management tool but also for other functions, one of these is sending satisfaction surveys about our services.
We were wondering if there is the possibility to send massively emails through a rule from a list of contacts already defined Wrike.
Thank you in advance for your help! 👊
Hi Pietro Soramel Are the people you're trying to email Wrike users in your account?
Hi Ali Moses no, i'm trying to email external people that don't have Wrike's account. I put the emails list in a custom text field (screenshot) and I would send the same email with an automation to all of these.
Unfortunately, I believe at this time the email automation would only work if the addressee(s) were part of your Wrike account. Maybe someone else thinks differently, but I can't come up with a way to do this via the email automation. I know there is some Wrike integration with Mail Chimp. I wonder if that could be the solution you're looking for?
No, up to now it's not necessary. Thank you for the advices!
Hi Pietro Soramel, I confirm that is not possible now in Wrike send mail like you need.
Maybe with new DataHub.
This kind of operations can be made by a CRM if you need some extra info I'm partner also with HubSpot and ActiveCampaign...
just write me =)
