Forgive me if this is already a thread somewhere. I would love to see an automation that allows the user to move completed projects to the archive folder a certain number of days after completion. For example, if a project is marked completed on May first, and I have automation set to completed + 30 days, the project would automatically be moved to the archive folder on May 31. Thanks!
Hi Jen Loomis, thank you for creating this post. You can achieve this by creating an automation rule. You need to use the trigger Status doesn't change in, where you'd specify the number of days - and the status (Completed), and then select the action Change location - here you'll select Move to and select the "Archive" folder you have previously created.
