Project Name: Successful Relaxation | Winter Break '24

Three vital tasks:  ►Complete three (3) home/outside/yard projects  ►Schedule at least three (3) 'do-nothing' afternoons  ►Complete all holiday shopping five (5) days before Dec. 25

Project Name: Holiday Hijinks: A Festive Frenzy

Task 1: The Holiday Sweater Extravaganza

• Host a hilarious and festive party where guests are encouraged to wear their ugliest holiday sweaters.
• Organize a competition for the most unique, tacky, or eye-catching sweater.
• Award prizes for the most outrageous, mismatched, or thematically inappropriate sweaters.

Task 2: The Great Food Fight

• Host a hilarious and chaotic food fight, complete with Nerf guns loaded with marshmallows, water balloons filled with gravy, and chocolate pudding pies slung at unsuspecting guests.
• Set up obstacle courses and hiding spots to add an extra layer of excitement to the food fight.
• Award prizes for the most creative and hilarious food fight antics.

Task 3: The Holiday Karaoke Extravaganza

• Organize a festive karaoke party with a twist – contestants must sing Christmas carols in a variety of hilarious costumes and accents.
• Encourage guests to channel their inner Mariah Carey or Elton John and belt out their favorite holiday tunes.
• Award prizes for the most entertaining and outlandish performances.

• Task one: Prepare yourself for the amount of food ahead.
• Task two: Take your time wrapping all the presents.
• Task three: Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

Project name: 2023 Holiday Season
Task 1: Logistics planning 🚗 - Where are we going, when and how will we get there? 
Task 2: Gift buying 🎁 - Create list of people to buy gifts for and go shopping!
Task 3: Food prep 🥧- Ask each host what I can help make for their party and buy the ingredients and make the dish. (It is always my sweet potato casserole everywhere we go, but I always ask what I should bring as a conversational garnish 😉)

Project name: Break of the year

1. Organize Christmas tree (from the forest, felling by yourself) and set it up 

2. Christmas present organization (starts already months before Christmas)

3. Food preperation (as family is visiting us, that is a huge task)

Task 1: Wash all the school cubby items and sanitize the children

Task 2: Pray the kids don't get sick

Task 3: Take the kids to grandma's house

Task 1: Exercise (Need to burn some calories for what is about to happen)

Task 2: Meal plan (parties require food, and I like a good plan! Need variety and quality)

Task 3: RELAX! After all that food and planning, relaxation will be the most important thing

Task 1: Pick a group event to do the week of Christmas (start earlier next year)

Task 2: Find the "perfect gift" that isn't on my wife's wish list for both her birthday & Christmas

Carry the torch through to the next year

1. Ensure all major projects are still making progress throughout the rest of December
2. Cover critical tasks of those who are going on holiday
3. Have a fire each night to keep warm and relax

Project Name: Operation Chaos 

Task 1: Birthdays X3 - Don't forget car registration renewals $$$, birthday presents for Mom, Dad, and Daughter, and plan school "treat" for daughter. 

Task 2: Christmas - Find the perfect gifts for friends and family at the best prices! CLEAN the house, decorate like crazy, don't forget to move the elf!, and squeeze in a visit to Santa. 

Task 3 - Once it's all over, clean up and get the suitcases out because now it's time to panic-pack for vacation! 

Project name: Switch it off!

Task one: Make sure all Out of Office responses are on

Task two: Shift into Christmas mode by watching Muppets Christmas Carol

Task three: Enjoy the moment and relax

Quality time for myself:

1.  Decluterring the home, read at least 1 book

1. Mission Enchantment Planning:

   • Develop a detailed itinerary for the surprise trip, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and daily activities.
   • Secure tickets to Disneyworld and any other special events or attractions during the Christmas season.

2. Operation Festive Deception:

   • Craft a creative and believable cover story or decoy event to keep the surprise under wraps until the big reveal.
   • Coordinate with participants to maintain secrecy and ensure that everyone involved is on the same page.
   • Implement diversionary tactics if necessary to keep the surprise element intact.

3. Enchanting Execution Day:

   • Execute the surprise reveal with flair and excitement, capturing the moment on camera or video to preserve the memories.
   • Ensure all logistics are smoothly executed, from transportation to accommodation, making the trip stress-free for everyone.
   • Plan a special welcome or kickoff event upon arrival at Disneyworld to kick off the festive celebrations in style.

• Ensure all students are up to date on all events for the next year
• Check all major accounts are closed out and news ones are created for Jan. 

Task Two - Office 

Please have all offices cleaned for the break to ensure no food or drinks are left out

• all heaters must be disconnected from the plugs

Task Three - check out

• Create Calendar for sign ups.
• Check out times to ensure all accounts have been closed and new ones have been created for the new year.

Project: No Work, All Play

• Task 1: Catch falling snowflakes in your mouth.
• Task 2: Binge watch the hottest new Netflix show.
• Task 3: Eat the unhealthiest junk food money can buy!

If we are gunning for imagination and holiday wrong and wrikeness:

1) Create comprehensive holiday shopping lists for my adoring friends and family by utilizing both automation/AI functionality, creating subcategories where I enable notification to be received when prices are the most appealing

2) Sending out personalized automated holiday greetings utilizing a created database filled with whimsy and good cheer

3) Have to utilize and implement the superior project management abilities to randomly pull off and select a randomized "surprise trip" for my harried husband, complete with itineraries, insider information gleaned from Sites like Eater to hit the unknown and but distinctive "foodie" locations, and awesome amusement park rides.
