Subscribing clients to weekly reports for them
We would LOVE to be able to subscribe clients as contributors so we can set them up to receive weekly reports automatically sent to their inboxes.
As it stands now, the only way to do this is to have all the reports go to one of our team members and they need to distribute. Or our clients need to sign themselves up as contributors and set themselves up to receive these auto emails.
I don't know about everything else, but my beloved clients have a lot of other things going on and most if not all will not take the time to set this up for themselves. Of course, they should be able to unsubscribe if they choose to do so.
Maybe we can send an invitation from wrike to subscribe to their own weekly report so there aren't so many steps.
Hi Jaci, welcome to the forums! It's an interesting idea, we'll share this with our Product Team.
We'd similarly like the ability for the creator of a report to subscribe internal team members to that report. That way, they could all receive periodic updates to the report without needing to seek out the report themselves.
This functionality would greatly help our organization, especially because not everyone has access to Wrike. Plus, it would save me a great hassle of typing people's email addresses every week!
This would be HUGE for us!

Almost 4 years ago this was requested and still nothing? I would just like the ability to subscribe my colleagues with Wrike licenses to a report. I am told currently, it's not possible to subscribe anyone but yourself to a report.

This suggestion was passed on to the Product team soon after it was originally posted here, and we continue to monitor and report the vote count here as it helps the Product team understand the popularity of the suggestions in this forum. As soon as this idea gets 60 upvotes, we will provide a Product status here.
