Thanks @.... yes, we use blueprints frequently.  it seems redundant to have to create a project we know is going to recur every month, though.  if we can do it with tasks, it would be very helpful ...

I am also trying to see if there is a way to automate project progress on all new projects.  Our team finds this feature very helpful for reporting but it has to be manually added .
