Introducing Community Badges
Note from Wrike Team: For the most recent information about Community Badge Program, go here.
We’re constantly impressed by the amazing contributions from you guys on the forums. Whether you’ve been a frequent contributor to the forums or have been an active participant with a little something extra (read below), we want to start recognizing you.
Starting now, we’ll be giving Community members badges when they reach certain milestones. Your badge will appear to the right of your name each time you post (just like how I have a “Wrike Team Member” badge to the right of my name when I post.
So who gets a badge?
We may change these numbers as time goes on, but here’s where we’re starting.
- Black Belt: Community members who have gone above and beyond. They’ve provided feedback, answered questions, or shared information that helped drive conversations forward and provide value.
- Green Belt: Community members who have added more than 11 posts or comments (combined).
- Orange Belt: Community members who have added more than 6 posts or comments (combined).
If you don’t have one yet, keep posting and earn those badges :)
I think this is an awesome initiative, will get people to post more - hopefully & constructively. What prevents someone from abusing this and adding useless complaints/comments just to get to Green?
Cool idea and finally an opportunity to become an e- ninja!

¡Oh señor todopoderoso! Gracias por la medalla y claro que iremos por el negro! (o eso intentaremos U.U)
Andrea Rosales "Gracias por existir Ctrl+Z"
That´s great! And I want to become a Wrike-ninja... ;-)
Ok, thank you!
This is awesome! :)
I'm glad you all like it :)
@Imran There's nothing technically to prevent someone from posting simply to get a badge, but we moderate the forums closely and we'll flag anyone who seems to be abusing the platform.
@Andrea Me encanto tu respuesta! Me hiso reír :)
@Heiko You are a Wrike ninja!
Stephanie - your email stated "there are three tiers: Green Belt, Blue Belt, and Black Belt." Your description above states:
Think we need a consensus on the color levels. :)
More importantly really what is the purpose? I comment because I hope to influence and inform the programmers to tackle issues of importance to work productivity and accuracy. I don't appreciate the program, nor do I think it's a valid application to designate users.
Hi Micki, we were originally going to have a Blue Belt option but changed it to Orange Belt because our own Wrike Team Member badges are already blue and we didn't want things to get confusing.
Nice initiative!
Good idea but would be nice to have an official certificate program, too, that could be added to a Linkedin profile.
Glad you guys like it!
@Norma I agree, I'll make sure to share that feedback with our internal training team :)
Awesome! I'm excited to see if I have a badge already
@Dave you do! We're working on sending out the next round of badges now, so you should be hearing from us soon (in the next couple of weeks).
I think this is a great idea and nice way to get us all interacting more. Very cool!
Looking forward to participating and enjoying the gamification/badges.
Great to hear guys! Happy posting 😀
How do you earn a badge?
@Paul Hi 👋 The first two tiers of badges (Orange and Green) are given based on the number of posts and/or comments you've made. There's more about it on our badge post.
We're just getting started with Wrike and have been impressed with the trial so far. Lots of great features, but there's always room for more ideas. It's great to see a product team active with it's user group!
Thanks for sharing Joe, we're very proud of our highly active Product Team here!
Welcome to Wrike and the Community 🙌 Any questions at all, your Community can help, happy posting!
Interesting Wrike feature. Are they given automatically or at different times throughout the year?
Hi Bailey, happy to hear this interests you 👍
Badges are not awarded automatically. We run badge reports every 4-6 weeks and if you're awarded a badge, you'll receive a congratulatory email 🙂
New to Wrike - hoping this feature brings more interaction - thanks!😁
This is great! I'm trying to be more active with this great Community, as my team has been bringing more and more thoughts, suggestions, etc. to my attention now that we've been utilizing Wrike for the past 6+ months. 👊
Great to hear Kyle! Looking forward to hearing more from you 👊👊
Cool idea!
How do you find out when and how you will gain a belt? Is there someone that tracks this or do you have to submit for it?
This is awesome. Wrike just keeps getting better!
@Brittney, currently we're pulling the data and awarding badges manually. You'll receive an email if you're eligible when we run the next batch. We're working on automating this in coming weeks so it happens instantly. Watch this space 😎
@Patricia - Thank you! Swooned 🤗
