Remove unused Custom Fields

Hello! In this task there are 3 product lines that are shown with their own custom fields (HS, CPA, Diploma). I want each task to where any unused custom field will not show in the task. For all HS tasks I want only ((HS) CUSTOM FIELD) to show. Thank you!
