Allow request form to use only certain values from a custom field

If a custom field has values: A, B, C, and D, but a certain team is only interested in a subset of those values: It would be nice for that specific team to say "while filling out my form, requestors can only choose between values A and D."

I would love to see an update on this idea. This feature would be fantastic in our use cases for intake forms for supporting multiple teams. We use custom fields to classify different parts of tools and I want the user experience to be as smooth as possible for those we support. Creating separate custom fields for every team is a nightmare to manage automations and creates too many custom fields in an overview of tickets. Thank you! Please bump!

I do support this proposal as well.

Use case: a custom field e.g. contains different products. Sometimes a product is still in its maintenance period but not to be sold any longer. Thus I still need it in case of a service request, but not for a new offer request.
