Feature Request: read-only access for external users

Feature Request: read-only access for external users.

Instead of a "collaborator" or "external" there would be a "view" license.

This would allow my clients to see the current status of tasks without the ability to change anything on the project.

Customers tend to be very excited and click around. Just want to remove the ability to accidentally or purposefully change project information.

Have you seen Access Roles in Wrike? They can help you control what users can do in a shared folder, project, or space. There are four access roles: Full, Editor, Limited, or Read-Only, and each role has a set of permissions. I also need to share view-only access with an external user. Access Roles don't appear to have the feature of sharing externally... unless I'm missing something?

Have you tried using the Public Link option? This feature allows you to share a view or report from your account with individuals who do not have access to Wrike. It provides view-only access, enabling them to see the designated content without the ability to edit or access item details. I’m attaching a screenshot below for your reference, and you can check out this detailed Help Center article for more information.
