YES Please add multiple selection of projects. I would love to be able to move projects in bulk

For example, moving completed projects to an Archive Folder.

Mass editing for projects will be really useful in Wrike.

I do get yearly 1000s test requirements and need to manage 100s of them together.

PLEASEEEEEE add this as  the next feature. 🙏We have over 500 projects and sometimes people don't archive them properly and it is a disaster and so time consuming for me to properly move them in the right folder 1 by 1. 

I am really surprised that this isn't already a feature. And at the same time, bulk edit project titles would be great too! 

We also have a use case for this. Currently, we use both an external and internal request form for different audiences. The projects created from each request form default into separate folders in order for the traffic person to be able to assign external requests to Project Managers.  Once the projects are approved for work, they are moved from their respective intake folders to an Active folder.  

I set up a dashboard for the traffic person to have visibility into the projects by folder for ease of use.  The alternative method is to work through the folder structure and it's not as appealing for user adoption. What I was hoping for was the ability to drag and drop (add to a folder) and/or ctrl+drag and drop (to move to a folder) these projects from one folder to another. 

This functionality of drag and drop between Task statuses is super nice to be able to move multiple projects along easily. Would there be an opportunity for something similar in respect to Projects in the future?

I also echo the comments above regarding the ability to move multiple Projects simultaneously with a shift+click or ctrl+click to highlight multiples. I would love to see this not only from the folder/list view but also within the dashboards for moving projects between or adding to folders.

Ah - Yes! We absolutely NEED this feature. Especially for folder/tag assignments.

Organizations like ours who are newer to Wrike are still figuring out how we will structure our folders long term, and this is essential. 

Count us in as well.  I would love to move a bunch of projects from "Green" to "Completed" all at once.

Hi all, actually it looks like you can move projects to a folder within a Space in the new table view 

Mass edit, yes please! A simple search within a folder/Change all = so useful. Would help so much when 1)title of projects change mid-cycle, 2) when you need to create a blueprint for a product line with a Year/Quarter version change - same project names, same tasks except to change from Year 1 to Year 2 or Quarter 1 to Quarter 2. 

Please do this! Our workspace is definitely slowing down due to the amount of completed projects taking up space and it is so hard to move them to an archived area.

Hey all -- if you click into a Space and go to the new Table, you can then select multiple projects and drag them to an Archive folder all within the Table view. This works as long as you are in the SPACE table view and moving to a folder within that same Space. Hope that helps!

I too have the same issue with trying to archive. It's so manual to do this. If we can select all tasks AND PROJECTS it'll be time saver. Please consider improving.

We could definitely use mass edits or the ability to change the title prefix at the project level and it automatically changing the prefix for the rest of the project!

Yes, we have a use case for this too.  Moving projects take forever and we have about a thousand that need to be moved.  Mass moving or tagging projects is a must.

We need the same mass editing functionality with projects and folders that we have with tasks, especially with regard to «multi-tagging» or managing the list of parent folders. This is a crticial feature for portfolio/program managment.

Hi Lisa,

I'll add an example use case, with hopes that this may be considered for the road map soon!

We are trying to use Wrike for more PPM applications, and being able to multi-tag a selected group of projects (like we can with mass edit tasks, «Add to» in the multi-edit pane that pops up on the right of list view for example).

We ingest all project ideas via a request form, with custom fields and an AHP-based project prioritization matrix to calculate overall project priority score. We track the alignment of projects with our strategic plan/objectives in another space, so the projects get «multi-tagged» so they show up in the folders for their related strategic objectives. We have a lot of projects, so being able to quickly using the multi-select feature in list view to select a group of projects and multi-tag them in one go would be really valuable. Right now, we have to open the project card for each project, and add it to it's appropriate strategic objective parent folder in the other space.
