Hi everyone!ย ย
We are happy to announce the launch of our brand-new Infographics page! ๐ Now, you and your team can easily access a curated collection of visual resources designed to simplify project management, enhance productivity, and streamline your workflows.
Our first infographics covers setting up spaces. To get inspiration for this content, we were using this thread where many of you shared ideas for our webinars, and weโd like to say thank you to everyone who participated! ๐
We want our infographics to be as helpful and relevant as possible. What other infographic topics would be valuable for your team, especially for newer team members? ๐ค Whether itโs a specific feature of Wrike, a project management challenge, or a creative idea youโve been thinking about, we want to hear from you!
Drop your suggestions in the comments below ๐ Your input will help shape the future of our Infographics Page and ensure it serves your needs โจ

Dashboard tools and uses as this is usually one of the first things I do with new team members.
I'd love an infographic on best practices for leveraging dependencies! I often find myself revisiting this article on dependency types, but having a visual representation of what that looks like would be so beneficial; while it's great that every dependency type has a written example, it's hard to picture and understand which task has which dependency code and how it looks on a Gantt chart.
ย
The use of CITs in reporting.
How to Leverage Tools to pull from tasks and projects within folders would be a good insight!
Setting up request forms that utilize blueprintsย
Customizing dashboards, unifying custom fields across business units, and governance team best practices would be helpful for different user levels in our organization.
I would love to see an Infographic on creating a basic project template using general project management tasks and milestones.
Infos about how to setup a project with dependencies and milestones (as fixed points)
An infographic on showing the value of Wrike for individual contributers who are managing projects all the way up to leadership who is reviewing project metrics
I would like an entry level and deep dive Infographic on reports especially time entry based ones!
I would love infographics on onboarding new collaborators/usersย
Tracking time and everything timesheets!
New Dashboards vs Wrike Analyze. Purpose of each and best practices.
Automation!! Always looking for ideas to speed up simple tasks!
An Infographic on the "Anatomy of a Wrike Task" would be useful for new team members.
Wrike analyze has a lot of advanced filtering capabilites which are not available in Dashboards. Hence, all the dashboard might be faster & better looking, it needs to have the advanced filtering & calculation features.
These are such awesome ideas, thanks everyone! ๐ย

I second Ali's suggestion for "The use of CITs in reporting" - I find I am often trying to convince a team to go custom-item rather than out-of-the-box.
I think an infographic on report set-ups and use cases would be super helpful
Hi, as you know I work in a digital agency and I sell Wrike and helps my customer to get the best value about Wrike.
Often I need to explain to different customers how Wrike is structured:
- Spaces
- Projects --> and CIT
- Folders
- Task --> and CIT
For each object I would see an image or a diagram that graphically represents their hierarchy, pros and cons of each element and their anatomy.
Now I'm using a little diagram like this, but something official from Wrike can be very useful.
Customizing dashboards!
I agree with Christina. We would benefit from an infographic that shows report set-ups and how to best use them depending on your needs.ย
Using request forms to dynamically build a project, and using CITs to improve project organization and reporting. Of course, as others mentioned, customizing dashboards would be helpful, too!
