- Flexible Effort - Updates ✨
Set up different effort per week or month.
In Workload or Resources, you can now switch to Weekly or Monthly view to enter Flexible effort per week or per month respectively.
Easily estimate effort in % in Table view.
Simply enter the desired number followed by the % symbol. For example, to set up 50% Daily effort just enter 50%.
Note: Daily capacity is currently calculated based on 8-hour working day. However, there's a solution for that below!
Estimate effort as % of actual user capacity with Flexible effort.
If your team works less (or more) than 8 hours per day but you still want to estimate their effort in %, you can use Flexible effort. Just open date picker and enter the desired number with % symbol for each person. The effort will be recalculated based on the actual user capacity.
- Custom Views - Important Announcement 📌
We are consolidating our view offerings to enhance your experience and remove redundancy. Classic Views will be phased out later this year, and by the end of Q3 2024, Custom Views will become the default for project and folder creation. All existing Classic Views will automatically convert to Custom Views by the end of 2024, and we will simplify the terminology to just "Views" in the product. Be sure to read our Community post for all the details.

Will the flexibile effort in that way be availabe to all plans or just pinnacle?
Hi Florian Gascho the Flexible Effort feature is currently available on Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Pinnacle, and Legacy plans.
