[From Wrike] Wrike Community Ice-Breaker Marathon 2023 🧊 - DAY 1

Afixado

Hello Community,

We're delighted to kick-start our Wrike Community Ice-Breaker Marathon 2023 🎉

Every day this week, we will be posting an intriguing challenge for you to take part in, for the chance to win a spot at a live Wrike Collaborate 2023 Training of your choice (value $299). We hope you're eager and ready for the fun 😁

Also, for one Community member who takes part in all of the challenges, there's another prize... a $100 Amazon voucher 💪 So be sure to take part every day!

Let's get things going... 👇

DAY 1:

If you could create an automation rule to avoid any repetitive tasks in your life, what would it be? For instance, I'd create an action to automatically wash the dishes fired by the trigger: "Your sink is full!".

In the comments below, share your creative automation rule for a chance to win a spot at a live Wrike Collaborate Training of your choice!

One participant will be chosen randomly to be our winner, and the full T&Cs for today's competition can be found here.

Remember, participating in all of our daily challenges puts you in the running to win a $100 Amazon voucher! You can review the full T&Cs for this here.

We'll be announcing today's winner tomorrow, and the next challenge will go live at the same time ✨

Best of luck!

I would make an automation rule that notifies people "If it is not in Wrike, it doesn't exist" when they are asking about "hallway" projects and actually did not submit an actual project request in Wrike.

As someone who has dabbled with Home Assistant, some of these things certainly could be made into automated tasks or at least notify someone about it.

That said, if I could create any automation, however, it would be to have my lawn not only cut & edged, but have the proper (and exact, correct dose) of fertilizer, insecticides, and pre-emergent/weed control put down every time. They make automated lawn mowers, but if they could make automated lawn mowers with weed & feed...that'd be what I'd get.

The automation I would like to totally relates to me and taking care of myself - automate me to get a full night's sleep, walk daily, drink water, Stretch, take 10 beeeep breaths, and take control of my day. This should be automatic for anyone, but I allow work, family, and that "shiny thing" that is a distraction take me off my planned course.
