hi! We create 4-digit number codes in our Quickbooks (whenever we create a new estimate), that corresponds to each specific client/project. Then, we label our new projects in Wrike using that code and a client acronym. For example a project for client "ABC" might become:
ABC-9431-Branding '23
ABC-9432-SEO '23
Then, we have all the projects per client grouped under client folders.
Hope that helps!
Andrea Kraybill But do you use the project number to the tasks under a certain project too? Because our tasks are from a blueprint which means common tasks across all projects have the same task name. Wondering if there is way to automate the project numbers.
We use SKU numbers to track by product, but they aren't generated in Wrike.

We use project numbers too, but it's all manual from a separate Excel list. I wish there was a way to automate through Wrike with an assigned naming convention!
Aloi Calvert. no-- we don't include project numbers on an individual task level, because they are nestled within the project. However, we will use a client acronym on tasks, along with shorthand for the type of task... e.g." ABC (Dev) : Webpage edits"
