Last Page of Request Form
Could you please add a button at the end of the request form that says "Submit another request"?? A lot of our clients are using this form but if they want to submit multiple different requests, they can't easily do that. If they click on the logo it brings them to a login page and they don't have a login. Please help. Thank you! -Lauren
Hi Lauren, that's an interesting suggestion, thanks for sharing! I'd love to learn what kind of Requests require multiple submissions? This would help our Product team understand a bit more about the use case. :) As a workaround which could help a bit in the meantime (though I agree it isn't perfect), is including a link to the form as the last question. That would require an indication of its purpose though, and that it should be opened in a new tab/window before the current one is submitted.
Our team has a need for this function as well. "Submit another form" on the thank you page that would basically reset the form to its first page. For example, we have clients that submit project revisions for multiple projects at once. Currently, it is a hassle for clients since they need to refresh the browser or pull up the request form link again after a single submission.
I am also attempting the work-around mentioned here, but I am unable to add a link to the request form. I have searched the community and this doesn't appear possible yet either. If possible, please add details on how to achieve this path.
Please let me know if there is any way to ease the burden on our clients entering multiple request forms in a single session.
Thank you very much for your time
- Phil
Hi everyone! This suggestion doesn't have enough upvotes yet. Hopefully, it will get more attention next year. I will update the thread anyway if I hear about the plans for the feature suggested 🖖

Please add this feature. It's kind of strange that it isn't a feature since you can do this with Google Forms and Office 365 forms. I work with productions and they are request multiple assets from us and have to keep opening up a form to make multiple asset requests. At least, it should be an option that we can turn off and on at the end, like the CAPTCHA feature.
Hey Anna Lynn Martino,
Thank you for sharing your interest in this suggestion. The Product team currently have no plans to add this suggestion to the short-term product roadmap, but if there are any updates here, I'll be sure to let you know.
We are interested in this feature as well. We use it for project requests in our marketing department. Someone above mentioned a work around, but I don't see it. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
Hi Allison Downey,
Thank you for sharing your input! The workaround suggested by Anastasia is to include a link to the request form as the last question so that users can click through to submit another form. You can use the link that appears in the address bar in your browser.
Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, let me know.
Hi Hugh, I'm trying to do this, but it's really kind of messy. I can't add a hyperlink as one of the question. Can I use HTML in there to make a hyperlink. I've tested it as a "Short Answer" , Paragraph, and drop-down options. Also, is there a link to Anastasia's workaround. I must have missed that.
Nevermind, I saw it above. My challenge with this workaround, besides being messy, is that it does not Submit the initial request. I think, for users, this would be a bit confusing. Is there a way to modify the Submit Form page, so we can add the Submit A New Request there? I noticed that I cannot get to that page. Thank you.
Hi Anna Lynn Martino,
It currently isn't possible to modify the Submit Form page. I've passed your suggestion on to the Product team, and if there are any updates available here, I'll be sure to let you know.
There was another post to just have the link to the current form added to this after submitting. Surely, that's not hard.

Thank you for your suggestion, Richard Herzog. Although we don't have any updates at the moment, we'll keep you in the loop and wait to see more engagement on this post. 😊
