Team plan has "Everything in Free plan plus:" but a lot of free feature got removed
I am not even sure if you guys can legally make such claim that,
"Everything in Free plan plus:"
but have a bunch of features removed from free plan once subscribed, to the point that I would like to cut the payment, abandon the current remaining subscription, and switch back to free.

While the new Team plan indeed has a ton more functionality compared to the Free plan, subprojects are not available as you mention in your post. I've flagged that internally as well.
To your third point, could you please share the link to that Help Center article?

Hi Lisa,
The first point is about Dynamic request form, not just request form being available. Looks like a feature which you can conditionally make fields appear or disappear based on answers of previous select-one answer.

The third point is this, couldn't move project between spaces, it is technically not a subproject feature.
