How to Install Wrike Desktop App?

I cannot seem to successfully launch my Wrike Desktop App. I am running on Windows 10 and have tried rebooting and restarting my computer to fix the issue, however whatever I try, the download “finishes”, but then the pop up window that is launched is blank with only the bar at the top with the tabs “file”, “view”, etc. How can I launch the Desktop App where I will be able to see the right screen with full functionality?
