Custom Field Formula for String Concatenation

Hello All,

I am trying to create a request form with various questions and one variable to concatenate values from the questions responses. For example, if we have request form with the following three questions:

Question 1: Please Type your name here

Question 2: Please Select Leave Type from dropdown list

Question 3: Please select the leave duration (from - to)

I want to concatenate responses from the above three questions in to one field as follows:

Concatenated Field: "Sick Leave, Peter, 03/28-03/29

At the moment I don't see any option in Wrike to get this done. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
