I found a thread where this was discussed in 2017 but not since. We love being able to keep track of all tasks inside one project folder. However, if part of that project requires submitting a request form to another party, let's say for legal approval, then that request form task sits in a completely different space or folder. There is no option to ADD the request form task into your project structure, other than manually after you've created the task. Lots people forget to do this and lose visibility to the task. Could this option be part of the request form process for the user so that the task lives in the Requestees' space, as well as where the Requestor would like to keep up with the task in the project folder?
