Request Form Task/Sub-Task Assignee Substitution

A Wrike User provided a Use Case of being able from within the Request Form have one or more Blueprint or Project with a set of current Assignees with another Assignee based on the Request Form's question selection.  For example, in the Blueprint there is 10 Tasks assigned to Joseph and I want to replace this person during the creation of the Project from a Blueprint with Sally.  Moreover, it would be best if this functionality could be setup to do a number of replacements.  The default notion with the Use Case is that the replacements will only be done with existing assigned resources and no others.
