Campaign Request Form
I'm looking for an enhancement to the request forms that could be a huge game-changer for setting up and kicking off campaigns. When a campaign is in planning, it would be ideal if there were a single request form for requesting that a campaign or an initiative is set up within Wrike. In that request form, the requestor (typically our marketing strategist) would determine which deliverables they need within the campaign (ex: Email, Direct Mail, web landing page, social media, etc). The request form would then pull in the necessary project blueprints to build that campaign and include the details for each of those deliverables in their respective projects.
Current state, we have to enter requests for each deliverable and then tag it to the campaign after the request is entered OR we set up a skeleton campaign project with all possible deliverables and then do a bunch of housekeeping to remove what's not needed and add additional projects if multiples of one type of deliverable are necessary and then have to enter the details of all of those projects manually. Depending on the scope of the campaign, that can be very time-intensive.
Additionally, in the midst of working on a campaign, there may be a decision to include a deliverable that was not part of the original plan. In our request forms, it would be excellent if we could add a question "Is this related to a campaign" and they could select from existing campaigns or initiatives, where that form should live within the request form. This would likely be linked to a specific space or location within the tool that we would set - the tool would look for any active campaign projects and allow the requestor to pull from a list of active campaigns. That project would then be tagged with that campaign parent project automatically.
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, Kelly Hanson! I'm passing it on to the team now 👍 Let's see how popular it gets among the Community 🙂

We use the Checkmark boxes for deliverables and trigger a sub-project from blueprint for each deliverable.
Current limitation I'm solving for: Request Form Answers only pull into the top-level project generated (i.e. 'Project Leader blueprint') and not the project clipboard/summary area of the sub-projects.
Also, we use the "Prefix" to help distinguish between projects on team members My To-Do List (otherwise the sub-project names are all the same).
Thank you for sharing your use-case, Meredith Selden, that's really helpful! 🙂
