Connecting Wrike to ADP via APIs

I'm new to working with Wrike as a developer. My company is looking to have a few forms in Wrike (which they have already written) that will call the API for ADP to do things like create people and terminate people.

Is this something I can do directly within Wrike or do I need to write an outside program to do the connection between the two ?
