Improve Form submission Tasks

At the moment form submissions are added  task card at the end of the blueprint description
 
It would be better if we could use the variables to format the task blue print and create a useful format for each submission.
 
e.g.
Wrike task submitted by <<Requestor>>
Title: <<Title>>

I like this idea as well, but our use case could be solved simply by having an option to put the form answers above the existing blueprint description instead of below it.
