Tagging user in request form based on two criteria questions
Hi there! I was wondering if anyone had a workaround for my use case:
I have a large marketing request form, with assignees based on the client. Within this form there are multiple pages for different types of requests (web requests, signage requests, video request, etc.). We wanted to try and tag someone for a certain type of request for a specific client, meaning - I want to be tagged for all web related requests, for ONLY Client A.
Right now we have it as what seems like the only option for assignees, I am assigned to all requests for Client A and considered the "Gatekeeper" to then assign all my client requests to the correct staff.
Any ideas/workarounds to take out the "gatekeeper" step? Would be much appreciated!
Hi Kara Murphy! It is currently not possible to tag a user based on more than one criteria question or based on who is taking the request form. One possible workaround would be to have a question asking the recipient who they are or what kind of client they are and to have this answer redirect them to another page with questions that would end in the relevant user being assigned.
