I would like to suggest a new function in Wrike.
It would be great if attachments could be forwarded. We use multiple boards in our company and the marketing managers receive many things on their boards which then need to be forwarded on to another team. At the moment you download the attachment and then upload it again to a different board.
being able to forward the attachment would stop this double handling.

We share the task with the team member or have the task duplicated in the two different boards. Therefore this way the data is available for both to see and and versions of the document are centrally stored. For example or marketing team has their planning area for product launch and the design engineers upload documents of design to a task and that same task is also showing in the marketing team plan area.

Glyn's idea is interesting. But we are a marketing deaprtment with over 150 employees with various project and boards to take care of. Trying to get everyone onboard with the added action of duplicating tasks would be like herding cats.
So a simple forarding option for attachments would be a more manageable solution.
