Approval Response Options

We are finding it would be optimal to have a third Approval response option available - current state there is Approve and Reject.  Additional consideration request is Defer.

Agreed! Our reviewers would like an option for "Pending Revisions" so that they don't have to fully reject the item, just show that it will be approved once revisions occur.
