Show Multiple Due Dates for Tasks with Approvals
We often have design tasks within our projects that we run two sets of approvals through (internal and external approval) as well. The designers are having to look at the due date next to their task and then subtract 10 days from it to determine their personal due date. We cannot separate the approvals into a different task because we need them fully automated with status changes (trust me we've gone back and forth on this for awhile.)
Has anyone come up with a temporary fix? The only one I can think of is having the due date for the designers in the title of the task.
Thanks!
What about having a sub task created for the approval? Setting the task to approve the necessaries for internal and then have overall approval on the main task. Complete the task to achieve approval?
Hi Katherine A! Also, how about using Custom Fields for the designers' due dates? Can this be helpful in your case?

Lisa would the custom field be visible in a list view? We keep everything in list views for our jobs.
Katherine A No, but custom fields are visible on the Table view, Task view, as well as on folder, project, or Space info panels.

I have the designers create subtasks for their steps needed to complete the job. They can create an "internal review" subtask and a "client review" subtask so they don't get behind. Also, any additional steps or tasks that are needed to complete the job are added as check points by the individual if applicable.
Thank you for sharing this workaround, Terry W., and welcome to the Community!
