Calendar public links should preserve layer order
When I create a public link for a calendar, it lists layers in the order I have them in my Calendar tab:
- Layer 1
- Layer 2
- Layer 3
- Layer 4
But when I actually open the public link, the layers appear in reverse order:
- Layer 4
- Layer 3
- Layer 2
- Layer 1
The layer order should be preserved from the time I create the public link to the time the user opens the public link.
I am struggling with this. I created a public link using (2) calendars, each with several layers, and the order of the layers are hold value to the user. But layers merge in a manner that from what I can tell I can't control. Example:
Calendar A
Calendar B
Public link order:
It seems like the program is arranging layers based off of the priority of the calendar, so when you bring together different calendars, they commingle in order. But I'd like it to be as if every single layer I have created for every calendar to have a unique key number based off of my order...then when I create a public link it retained the order based off of the unique key number. Is this already something I can do but just don't understand how?
Desired merged order:
Hey everyone, apologies for the delay in response here.
It currently is not possible to preserve the layer order in public links for calendars, and the Product team have no plans to add this suggestion to the short-term roadmap. If there are any updates about this, I'll be sure to let you know.
