BUG. can't paste into description area on mac app.
Can't seem to paste anything into a ticket description on the mac desktop app. Tried plaintext and everything else from multiple apps.

Have you tried checking for App updates? If yes, i would suggest uninstall/reinstall. If that does not resolve, i would suggest contacting customer support. If either of the suggestions above work, please post which one.

thanks. Doesn't it update itself? How do you update if not?
Click on the 3 dots, Choose File, then Check for Updates.
