Dashboard/inbox not loading

Hi - not sure if there is a wider outage but my dashboard and inbox won't load. I've tried in three different web browsers but no luck. Do you know what the problem might be? Thanks.

Hi Sally, all good on the Status page.

perhaps try some of the first steps, like clearing the cache and restarting the browser. If the problem is persisting let me know and I'll raise a ticket to our Support Team to investigate.

solution: search "change proxy settings" > turn off "use setup script" > turn on "auto detect settings"
