[Best Practices] Need a Helping Hand? ๐Ÿ™‹ Wrike Assistant is Here

We all get a little lost sometimes, whether you forget how to do duplicate a Folder, or if youโ€™re planning a completely new Project in Wrike and have some questions. There might come a time when you need a little assistance. Now you donโ€™t need to look far for a helping hand; introducing Wrike Assistant.

Wrike Assistant can be found directly in your Workspace and helps you find answers to Wrike resources quickly. Here youโ€™ll find all Wrikeโ€™s learning materials, videos, tutorials, knowledge base articles and recorded and upcoming webinars, as well as links to helpful conversations from members of the Wrike Community.

The new Wrike Assistant is currently available in eight languages:

  • English
  • German
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Portuguese
  • Russian

Read on to learn more about how to get the most from the Wrike Assistant.

The Wrike Assistant info-hub is located to the left of your Profile picture - just click on the โ€œ?โ€ button to get all the help you need.

Wrike Assistantโ€™s โ€˜Tipsโ€™ section (see image) shows helpful information about the items in Wrike youโ€™re currently working on at that moment. For example, I took the below screenshot when the Reports tab was open in my Workspace:

The next section of Wrike Assistant holds all learning materials.

If youโ€™re onboarding Wrike, we recommend starting with the Getting Started portion.

The Features Guides contains materials on various Wrike features, check it out if you need certain information about specific functionality.

Hello, do all Wrike users in my account have access to the Wrike Assistant? Or do only admins? One of our regular Full users didn't have it on their screen.

All users should have access to Wrike Assistant. Could you please send a screenshot of that user's Workspace? They should have a question mark in a circle next to their profile's picture.ย
