Request Form : Want to allocate "User Name", "User email address" and "Request#" to Custom Fields
Request Form was improved like below.
1) Can request "User Name" and "User email address" as the mandatory items.
2) Numbering "Request Number" to each request automatically.
These were nice improvement, but I guess we can't allocate these item to own custom fields.
If we can allocate these, we can utilize these information more, I believe.
Please add such function.

Upvoting, would love to be able to map contact name and email from request forms to custom fields. We want to run a report for projects that meet a certain criteria and have the results include columns displaying contact name and email so we can create a mailing list from it.
But I haven't been able to figure out a way to do this short of us manually copying and pasting them into custom fields for each request, or asking form users to input the data twice, neither of which is ideal.

I need to collect the email address of an approver in a form. How can I create a form question to collect a data type "email" into a custom field? A data type email that validates on <chars>@<chars>.<chars> seems to be an important thing to have available.
Hi Steve Reynolds, it's not possible to collect data type of input that isn't already available text, date etc. I'm passing on your feedback to our team👍🏼
